An Effective Voice In Council

An Effective Voice In Council

What’s the use of being the “loudest” voice for anything if you’re ineffective?

What we need is an effective voice in Council. One that can work cooperatively and benefit not only Division 5, but all of the Redlands.

What we need is a voice that can create a working relationship between Council and State Government.

What we need is a voice that understands life across Division 5 and has experience working with people from all socio-economic backgrounds.

What we need is a voice that can work closely with industry-leading organisations such as Q Shelter to develop an appropriate housing strategy for the Redlands.

What we need is a voice that stands for managed development that includes (not ignores) major infrastructure projects to address traffic flow, parking and accessibility issues.

What we need is a voice that can engage with our communities right across the Redlands to ensure we get deep understanding of what our communities want.

What we need is a voice that will work with the youth to develop an effective Youth Strategy that our youth have contributed to.

What we need is a voice that will call for a full audit of Council so we know where resources have been going and where they SHOULD be going.

What we need isn’t just more noise. What we need is an effective, understanding voice.
